Hi Karabon,hi i need help with my rain 5g cpe n5368x router - ive had it for nearly 5months now, it was working just fine. all of a sudden there is no internet connection, the IP address is not even taking me to the router management page - all its doing is flashing light green on the 5G and 4G LED, it has been doing this for the past three days now, their support keep ignoring me. and yes i tried factory reset numerous times, and also moving to different locations in the yard.
What is even more surprising and bizzare is when i try to order a new one with my partners details it states we do not have 5G coverage in this area even when its shaded dark green. what could have happened and what can i do now?
