I don't know if a similar thread was created or not. And I am actually embarrased to tell you guys this but I guess it's something that we have to talk about it.

I'm 23, my girlfriend and I started having sex 2 months ago, it was great at first and we didn't have problems up until a week ago as I couldn't get it up anymore. I think it could be stress but I'll have to go and see someone.

I've heard that herbs such as Guarana, Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba are helpful as far as improving blood circulation and increasing one's libido, is this true?

Are you taking anything with any ester of Ephedrine in it? (Pseudoephedrine, norpseudoephedrine, etc etc) Or just plain ephedrine? That can be the cause of it. I used to take a lot of ephedrine for gym, and when I worked at clubs, so trust me, I learned the hard way (no pun intended!)
