I don't get what's attractive about...

If you want to shoot moving targets why not shoot man made moving targets? Oooo wait no fun they dont bleed, panic or die

Hunting (especially for fun/sport) is such a primitive and sick mentality. Now, hunting hunters... there's something I might enjoy.

it goes hand in hand with conservation and its fun for the family :).

one of the guns looks as though it has a silencer on it (the one where the 12 girl old girl killed the animal from 180 meters), isn't that illegal?
strickly speaken yes, but if her dad supervises her then I don't see how anyone should have an issue with it

I agree about the tiny duiker. And you're an even bigger awesome superhero if you cap one right?
or a good sportsman/shot, :)

because they can't think for themselves, there is no uncertainty involved and its also fun to take the boys out and shoot at targets, the Pretoria skietklub is a good example of such places.

Real sharpshooters do the actual sport, shoot man made targets and compete in the olympics. Hunters arent sportsmen what sport are they playing and whats the score? When does the hunter lose the game?

the bold part is self explanatory.

Im not saying hunting isnt fun im sure it is, im just saying its unnessesary. Would be fun to kill humans too for some i guess but its so unnessesary

Natuurlik eet ek biltong, slegs bees of ander vee. Maar dis fine as mense iets doen met die vleis so erger gewees het as dit net gemors word.

Okay nou maak j my honger... kudu biltong is ook nogal lekker

Nee *** dit skiet hulle moet net tie biltong geheel en al weg vat ni. Wat ek ni sien ni :D

Biltong... fine.

But these?

"A big Lynx tom taken by Antonio Venturelli of Italy." - please tell me he's a conservationist?

"Jose Torres was very satisfied with this large Caracal male. It was one of the highlights of his hunt." - a frikkin caracal?

Shooting a buck, fine, that's good meat. It's not like they aren't farmed for the purpose. Shooting for a trophy or shooting a caracal or lynx? That's just being a sick fsck with very little appreciation for life. In my opinion at least, if I may be so blunt. Sorry if I offend some hunters here. I have nothing against eating what you shoot (if the population is sustainable), but trophy shooting? What's the difference between a caracal and a lion? One's bigger?

I wonder if the children are also made to slaughter their kills. Or if that giraffe's meat that was edible after it was tenderised by shotgun
