Seriously Apple? The screen sucks. Whites are yellow. There’s a lack of contrast. A lack of brightness.

My 3 year old X’s screen is much better – for a first gen notched OLED!

Also, why do photos taken on the 12 Pro take a moment to load/render properly?!

Garbage upgrade and I’m surprised no one here has mentioned these flaws.

True Tone off vs True Tone on.

They won't mention is for fear of the backlash. I was thinking of upgrading from my 8 to the X, instead of the newer ones. Wifey has the 11, but i've seen a few people with the 12. Their faces try to hide their disappointment, but it fails.

Isn't that maybe a night-time blue light filter setting?

Maybe go check another one in a store somewhere and see how it compares. Sounds faulty.

Lol sell it to me... And get a new one

Something wrong with our screen. People would have screamed blue murder if it was a problem on their phones. They haven't.
Otherwise backup the phone and default restore it.

Make a video of you taking a large hammer to it and shattering it in one swift blow. The satisfaction is immense.

Post the video to Social Media along with why you did it.

Simple Google gives the ffg:

How To Fix iPhone 12 Yellow Screen
  • Open the Settings app.
  • Browse for Accessibility.
  • Tap on Display & Text Size.
  • Scroll for Color Filters.
  • Enable Color Filters and tap on Color Tint.
  • Move the HUE slider to reduce the yellow tone of your display. Tip: You can also adjust the INTENSITY to get the desired result.

The iPhone screen is the most advanced piece of display technology on the planet. They spent thousands of houses of research and personal effort from the techs making it.

The problem must be with you, and the anti-Apple propaganda websites you’re prob reading :)
