I have a problem. Can't decide on a phone.

And it takes but one small drop to crack the screen's glass shield. No thanks.
Media making a mountain out of a mole hill. 1st antenna gate and now the exploding screen issue.... hahaha... But yeah don't risk it hey Daniedj :p...

Nope. Not risking it. It happened to a friend of mine. Trust me. It was a low drop. Screen still displays but the cover shattered above it.

Bullseye. How is the camera on the Galaxy S? I see it does not have a flash.

Camera is awesome, and yeah - no flash unfortunately. The one thing I miss from my old Sony.

That said, I forgot to mention Swype, which makes typing on a touch screen infinitely easier :)

I answer you with this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaNWuGtAaxM

SGS is damned hard to kill :p

I would say the Galaxy S, because:
Its cheaper than the Iphone 4 and better in every way possible, have a look at the specs of both phones on gsmarena. The specs speak for themselves

I'd go for the Galaxy S. I've used most of the phones listed in this thread, but non of them have WOWed me more than the Galaxy.
