I need a heater

Explain?

My 800W R200 TA special works outdoors in the wind and through glass doors.
Technically they are both infrared.

But the one you're referring to uses a quartz panel, which is your typical space heater that's been around for yonks.

The one in referring to uses a carbon panel, and these are relatively more modern. They don't heat the space, they heat the stuff in the room, which in turn heats the room. It's like having a small sun, and can be felt all the way across the room...

Yes, what you just said describes my quartz heater. It heats the objects.

Too much cold in my room, especially at night.

I'm thinking about buying this, not sure if it's a good idea.

My budget is literally tight.

Pick n Pay = R230
Checkers = R250

Offer to buy @epah a streetwise two and he will keep you warm all night. Will only cost you R39.90.

I have those cheap safeway heater, like anything you have to use it correctly.

Get a thick blanket, open your bedding, give it 30 seconds of the safeway heater on high, make sure you trap the heat with your bedding. Switch off heater and get in now warm bed.

Any suggestions On a Good electric blanket please?

Pure something has bad reviews, others, you can see and feel the wires

And most seem to have a One winter lifespan.

My old Boardmans worked fine until it didn't..

Don't understand the need for electric blankets. Just use winter sheets and a 13 tog duvet. Wear winter pajamas.
