Where I stay we struggle to get my vodacom hsdpa to work, you have to stand near our front door, our office is on the other side of the house where we only get edge or gprs slowwwwwww.

What can I buy?

A router that we can wireless to where the usb stick plugs in?

I already have a d-link adsl modem and an smc wireless broadband router, but none of them have usb connection or I suppose support for hsdpa.

You can buy various things. I used to use a Vodafone B970. Importantly, it has a plug for an external antennae which you can buy from various places. Even then the struggle with Vodacom's deteriating signal is not worth it so best bet is to get real broadband like ADSL.

Work pays for the hsdpa dongle - used to have adsl to conect to work but gave up as it was too expensive.
