iBurst Accounts Suspended Without Warning

we dont know where they drew the line, my brothers usage was 7GB, his account is canned my usage was 52 my account is canned, rebels was 25, yours 20. They just dont learn do they. Remember when we were gonna 'get a 2 week notification before the cap starts' that never happened, and now they just make new policies that drastically change the product overnight and the only way we know about it is because we get suspended.

I'm sure that's what they want you to do. In your shoes, however, I would sue the ba$tards. They have no right to suspend your account. They stuffed up their bandwidth management program, not you.

At the very least, go to the media with this. They promise to throttle your access once your cap is reached. Nowhere does it say they can suspend you.

I'm cancelling too if my account is not re-activated today. Then I'll wait till the end of the month cause I've already paid for this month.

Let's show them that we don't need their $hitty product. They're making their problems ours.
 
Accounts will be suspended just spoke to WBS over the phone & management will be calling those who abused, that what the problem is, its not with the network its with ppl abuse of the Bandwidth, so hopefully by today everyone should get there bandwidth back

I would sue but I don't have the money or the time to go through with it.

The point is when u reach your cap they're supposed to throttle you to 64k.
How is it that some people reported fast speeds even after getting capped.

F#ck it I don't need 'em!
 
how can i abuse when i'm throttled? they throttle me and I take what I get.. that was the agreement, if they didn't want to give me that extra bandwith they should have 1) not given it or 2) told us how much we can get while throttled

and lets be honest the bandwith was plentifull till thier cap came, then all sort of funny things happened and now they want to use the 'power users' excuse for thier network problems, I don't think so. Thier network has problems because they can't manage the bandwith and because the software that should be throttling just doesn't work.
 
Well Spoke to WBS, all accounts that went way over are going to be suspended and management will be phone those ppl who abused of the bandwidth, It wasn't the network, it was bandwidth abusers like you, that's why some of us couldn't download or do anything.
 
Number 1 none of you were Throttled and didn't notify WBS, since you bandwidth abusers were downloading like 20 gig in 2 days or more. I for fact couldn't download nothing, it wasn't network problem it was BANDWIDTH DOGS like you eating and eating the bandwidth as you please.

Don't go blaming me for you not getting bandwith because you werent getting it before either.
 
yes my brother phoned me to ask why he couldn't connect and gave me the details to his mail to download his email for him and there it was, accoutn suspended, so the line the drew sometime yesterday must be between 3GB and 7GB
 
I never had problems downloading before due to these 'bandwidth dogs'.
 
I also got the "Account Suspended" message and I only did about 8GB (for the whole freekin month) :mad: :mad: :mad:

It's not an acceptable situation. This is a failure by WBS to deliver on the product they have sold.

But there may be some truth in what they say about the effects of "abuse". For the first time two weeks my connection is back to full speed. I'm not capped... I've got about a Meg left.
 
Well maybe there is now limit, I'm not like IBURST to much now. That means u can download easy about 2weeks or more 20 gig on truee 64 kb/s right, once our CAP is gone you right about this, Now i want to cancel, they didn't put a limit on the throttle service, did they ?
