iBurst Antenna V.S. Lightning

So Peeps,

How volatile is an iBurst Antenna to lightning? I mean it's pretty much plastic - but has anyone ever had there's hit by lightning??

I mean usually when its lightning storms people unplug TV antennas etc.. even tho they may have an earthspike..

Just something that I have been pondering on..

in the 4 years that i have had iburst i have not been hit once by lightning

Other clients devices have been struck.

Possible antenna shot, cable fried, iBurst cooked and in some cases PC repairs had to be done.

hmmm in that case i will rather keep unpluggin dont wanna get my MAC fried

Mine was hit - fried the PC ethernet port (not the router, strangely enough) and the terminal.
