Not entirely. If people would just learn to pick up the phone and call them, they'll be happy to inform them if there's a problem. Mostly they only report base station outages or coverage degration in a certain area.

This is true, it always puts me to rest when there are those prerecored messgaes telling about outages or degraded connectivity.

It seems incident report is mstly for iBurst netowrks problems, and not for thier providers..
