Seeing that iBurst is now posting in threads to which we cannot respond I am concerned that it will create opportunities for iBurst to spam the forum without checks and balances.

But anyway a question to Shaun Green:

When will iBurst increase the throttled speed of 64k?

I am also deeply concerned about the fact that the post is locked save for iBurps themselves. This is not on! This is a supposedly public forum and within the rules I agree, but not like this.

That iBurps can post any old tripe and even "copy-and-paste" from the newsletters I get sent via e-mail.

Oh well this shouldn't concern me anymore as I am waiting for ADSL.

Hi there

We asked for comment about this issue a few weeks back and it was approved by the members. The idea is simple: keep users informed about company developments without the need to have follow-on discussions.

I don’t think it will do any harm – lets see how it goes for a few weeks and we can then run another poll.

Yeah let's do. <Hoping that Iburps pulls their sokkies up and help their poor customers out>

Hi RPM

I can see your point and I agree. I for one would be happy if this leads to things that are CRITICALLY wrong with the company being addressed. The core issues are

- The accounts department
- Their network and their severe shaping.

iBurst owe me money and I am getting really tired of having to phone the management to get any sort of action every time. That said however it is a relationship I am looking to end as soon as possible.

GOOD LUCK..... Cos once you let them in.... they are very hard to get rid of! Im over a year down the line and still have to deal with that company.... My biggest regret ever handsdown!

I would like to know what SG refers to as Customer Service and is iBurst paying for the opportunity to place their marketing here on the iBurst threads, rather give it to them free of charge so they can invest it in real customer service...

If they are paying to SPAM this thread I'm closing my subscription and allowing iBurst to assist their own users...

Hi RPM if you do poll's I would suggest you request the top 10 - 20 contributors on this forum (iBurst) to voice their opinion.

Well, if they bother me after all this is over, they'll be taken to court. I haven't got time for their nonsense anymore.

:o

6million... fek I should have proposed a system dev for a account package when we had all the feking problems!

Sage’s SalesLOGIX CRM System

Oh dear...we're in trouble now...I support this product as one of my work duties...and ...well...I'd rather not go there

"This is a total systems replacement and must take place without interrupting current operations. Our new system will enable our customers to have a better quality of service, plus enable us to better manage all levels of our relationship with them," he adds.
lol without interrupting current operations? I don't believe it'll interrupt anything after seeing the way they operate...

Good morning all.

When requested by a router for an MTU size please use 1392 for normal use and 1364 if you are going to be using the connection for VPN purposes.

Cheers

Shaun

Has SG lost his head? Is there really someone on this forum that does not know about the MTU settings of iBurst - think this post would be far more beneficial on their own site.
