iBurst explains capping problems

Why? I seem to be the only person who doesn't come on here to complain (about the service, their accounts department is a another story) If there subscriber base is more than 50,000 then surely there should be more unhappy users on this forum?

Well if people getting iBurst dont know how to use Google shouldn't be on the internet.

So who are the people making the R49 package so popular?

The tech itself is wonderful, but I've been finding it rather slow the previous month, but, not to be bias - this month the lag is considerably less. Still, DSL is cheaper and has no shaping [why, oh why, cant I play C&C3 on iBurst?].

I use to enjoy ibursts service when it was uncapped/unshapped and actually WORKED! right now I really loath having 6gigs whilst being unable to torrent anything or play games... my GW account is now lying dormant cos the LAG is atrocious. Playing any FPS is too unstable.

If my mail wasn't going to any other address then I would have canned iburst long ago...

Maybe I should downgrade to a 40mb/month account and utilize the roommates dsl... hmmm
