I have totally had it with iBurst. This is by far the worst service provider. How can a connection function 100% and then in an instant drop to nothing? Its not like my house is moving, or the tower is moving, or anything that could disrupt the signal. I'm not capped. I'm doing everything I can to improve signal and connection. But really. I cannot count how many times I have to deal with a random disconnect. The money is not worth it.
who.is.michael suggested that you change your IP to 196.46.64.xxx. Why should these kind of tricks even be necessary? I mean, no company is perfect, and I have kept my mount shut about iBurst for a while, soothing my mind that when it works, its great. But the instability is too much to bare. It's not even specific times of a day that service is bad, its random. How can I stay connected for 5hours without problems one day. And then disconnect 3 times in 20 mins the next?
I am one of the lucky ones who's only had to deal with minor hiccups with iBurst in the past, and I take my hat of to anyone who has eaten up more than me. End of July I'm out. Sorry iBurst, you didn't deliver.
