LoL, thats not the issue. They already know about it. So I'm thinking two things:
1. They are unable to fix it for now (advantages outweigh disadvantages); or
2. They know about it but aren't bothered to fix it, same as their accounting department.

You shouldn't be worried about people being in cahoots with iBurst, you should be worried about more people abusing/using it and iBurst being forced (due to this causing huge financial losses) to do something about it.
