iBurst problems this afternoon

I'm assuming my inability to log into the iBurst website after the outage is caused by their rollback procedures?

Either way it's good to have some form of internet access again.
 
Aaaah, there we go. Was wondering what the problem was.
 
I can get online with skype but nothing else :mad: I need freaking network up. Damn iBurst is useless I swear. No redunancy. JANNIE WHY ARE YOU AND SHAUN SO QUIET. I AM LOSING MONEY HAND OVER FOOT

It's sad state of affairs that we had to phone Rudolph to please post that we are so dead in the water we can't post. :rolleyes:

But clearly we're up now and I just hope the iBOSS databases survived the power drop.

After the last power failure at this data centre (which badly broke iBOSS), we started building our own DC and as Murphy would dictate, we are turning it on later this week.

Can anyone log into the iBurst site? I'm trying desperately to view my remaining cap.
 
Talk about bad timing, I can see help desk getting calls with irritated customers blaming iBurst for this problem.

Especially now with the migration.

When Shaun gets back, Jannie is taking a vacation.
 
It went down again for a second time. Now up again.

Bex, go to the beach and have a beer on me. Lord knows, I need one....;)

Nope, I hope this outage didn't mess up iBoss/Migration process.

That's all we need now.

It was down by me 10 minutes ago but is back up again. Hope it stays this way
