Ummm, LG, I bet you never thought you would actually say something like that? To anyone that is considering Sentech MyWireless, here is my advice - get it from a reseller - not directly from Sentech - and negotiate for a 30day notice contract, and either buy a 2nd hand MyWi modem - or negotiate with the reseller to take the MyWi modem on [a separate] hire purchase contract...

wbs obviosly dont play chess, or they would know that attack is the best form of defense- in this case WBS need to make a move............

In the form of COMMUNICATION,RESPONSE,APOLOGY,RE-AFFIRMATION

amzing what chess could teach our WBS leaders.

Sigh the worst nightmare of every south african.
WBS launch to be a competitor to the worst company on Earth (yes telkom) and what do they do in three months? manage to become the second worst company on Earth LMFAO. id hide my head walking into this place in the morning if i had to work there.

iBurst management. Try phoning your own helpdesk number

Has any tried getting through to the WBS helpdesk ? 13 minutes of their monotonous drivel while waiting for someone to answer forced me to put down. Then I tried the direct number. Did any of the uber-intelligent clowns manning the phones RTFM ? Why, when you put me through do I get told "press 0 to retrieve messages". the switchboard must be another WBS installation...... B E C A U S E I T D O E S N O T W O R K !!!!! :mad:

I decided to use iBurst for our corporate ISP - big mistake. Downtime, account stuff-ups, NO SUPPORT.... its not worth the aggravation.

If anyone reads this, STEER CLEAR of iBurst, or end up on the rocks of despair

OK first off the average time is about 18 minutes to get a call answered before 8PM, but it can take longer, I think 25 is the longest I've held. Once you get through you will be speaking to a low level helpdesk representitive, you do not want to talk to that person. What you want to do is explain your problem in a stern by polite manner and then state that it isn't your MTU and that you have checked for adware/spyware and virii/botnet bots. Then he will repeat everything you just told him but slower and use a curious tone, like he's asking a rhetoric question... but actually wants an answer to it, after that he will say something like "ummmmmmm" then he will ask you to hold and get someone else on the phone, a higher up representitive to talk to you... this is the guy that will be the best at solving the problem. If you don't get put through to tht guy you should ask to be put through to him.

Prepare to spend at least 35 minute son the phone, I like to make a big bowl of frosties, put the call on speaker phone and play a little GTA

hehhe i can just imagine slimmo sittin there milk dribblin' down his chin crunchin frosties and boosting cars, yakkin to the helpnotdesk as if he's teh bad guy in the game and hes using roger wilco....................omg:)
