I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but my internet has been very erratic for the past week or so (it has never happened before then), ranging from fine to unusable (sometimes within the space of a few minutes). For instance, yesterday evening I could not open a single website (including the iBurst website) without getting "The connection to the server was reset" errors and a maximum of about 8KB/s download speeds for about 15 minutes. After that, however, all was fine for a while.

I pinged Google during both times and received the same results (approximately 100ms replies), and I tend to max out the 1Mbit connection during the uncapped offer (and get about 0.75Mbit/s during the day), so it probably isn't a problem with my signal.

I've also received a phone call yesterday evening where a friend of mine's iBurst was completely dead. He also stays in Krugersdorp. Is there perhaps a problem here, or is it not limited to Krugersdorp? According to the iBurst website all is well in Krugersdorp, and in fact the entire iBurst network.

As for evidence to support this claim; if it pleases the court, I present:
Exhibit A, 00:11 03/01/2010
Exhibit B, 07:03 03/01/2010
Exhibit C, 07:05 03/01/2010
Exhibit D, 08:23 03/01/2011
Exhibit E, 08:26 03/01/2011

Excuse the German, however you should be able to get the gist of the matter.

I had another slowdown lasting about 20 seconds at 06:45, however I did not think to take a screenshot of it :o

I don't mind having a bit of issues with the iBurst connection, I understand that it's impossible to provide a perfect service. However, when I'm paying close to R1,000 a month for it and I have problems such as the above, occasional disconnections for no apparent reason (for example, at 09:22 this morning) and four cap reimbursements for mysteriously missing cap then one can't help but lose patience.

EDIT: Happened again at 09:40 for about 3 minutes, before I lost patience and reset the connection again. Mind you, this doesn't always fix it (it sometimes just gets fixed by itself, see Exhibit A), however this time it did.
