iburst telkom router issues?

My belkin wireless router has gone in for repairs/exchange whatever come first and i know the process will take long, so here is my question.

I brought home a telkom mega 105wr adsl router to be able to connect to iburst wirelessly from my Laptop and it kinda works, and by that i mean i have to go start->connect->iburst and connect that way.

My issue is that iburst is not always on and i cant go online with my wii or other gaming consoles. Also only one PC can log on at any one time.

Is there a way to convert/bridge/ these routers to have it always connected to all PC and consoles?

You need to use a wireless router, the linksys wrt54gl or anything else supporting a pppoe connection from it. It will manage the connection etc. The telkom adsl routers probably only support the pppoe over the adsl line and not over one of the connected ethernet ports.
