I typed Iburst into google and received links to ibroadband which is probably their new marketing campaign. The problem with this is that I just wanted a link to the classic iburst website: iburst.co.za, to access my account.
I entered the link to iburst into my address bar and tried to log into my account. Unfortunately it displayed an error that the system was down. The iburst online account system seems to be down quite often.
I am actually dissappointed with iburst. I have received bad internet speeds this past week, terrible tech help, and their online account system is down.
The terrible tech help issue was actually related to how the technician spoke to me. He was very argumentative about issues and was wasting my time. I eventually told him that he lost the plot of why i was contacting him and then put the phone down.
