Icasa CEO still faces internal hearing

Typical ICASA.

10 months getting paid and sitting at home while ICASA is investigating and guess what nothing comes of it and she is allowed to come back to work.
This is just like the ADSL investigation where after it was concluded Telkom was the winner as they didn't have to change a thing.

For the love of all that is good in this world! Is this still going on? I thought ICASA were experts in organising meetings, why is this taking so long. It should take about half a day to finish.
