ICASA confirms "closing down network"

ICASA said that it has closed down Easttel because of outstanding licence fees and it is enforcing compliance from operators

SANDF - wow. Cell C noted they have proof from ICASA that they have no outstanding fees in a recent article, so that might be a bit off base.
