ICASA Handing Out Pamphlets at Grayston

Heya

On my way to work this morning I saw a bunch of People standing in Yellow T-Shirts with "ICASA" on them handing out pamphlets. Unfortunately I was on the wrong side of the road. I tried hooting to get their attention but I just could not get hold of it.

This was on the Grayston Bridge entering/exiting the highway.

Anyone have any other information regarding this??

It might be officially launched today, but i'll bet all 4 mobile companies arent ready to port your no's.



I see no point in ICASA wasting money handing out those pamhlets. Icasa are not in the business of promotions.
