ICASA shuts down wireless networks

I have heard that they have to outsource this kind of service, there is no equipment and no skills in house.

+ measuring accurately EIRP on a crowded high site with a spectrum analyser is not at all easy, proving it beyond reasonable doubt is going to be hell for the guy they put on the stand

I know this is very o/t, but I've just had this vision of !CASA employees taking home confiscated antennas & tarting them up to look like Christmas trees...
