Icasa to amend digital migration rules

to be fair this is not easy stuff to regulate
and while the regulator appears to be extremely reluctant to go to court at the moment this is a better solution for everyone than spending the next 3 years in court

could it be that they are court-shy because they are still waiting for Vodacom's lawyers to send them a bill for the urgent interdict / Vodacom listing fiasco? which is anticipated to be close to the R2 million mark? and the parliamentary portfolio committee has indicated it will investigate whether this should be paid from the personal pockets of the councillors concerned [won't happen but is creating some serious fear and loathing]

Ah, if only. Finally things might start happening if the people involved were personally responsible.
