ICASA says that they welcome the Consumer Protection Act and plans to work closely with the national consumer commission to protect consumers

this is crap, what's their angle? They obviously have a hidden agenda somewhere as they don't give a rats ass about us consumers. ICASA probably want to partner with them so they cab be exempt cause they know they will get fried by consumers now that this act has been passed into law.

How can there be any overlap of functionality when they do squat. If however overlap is found that function should not be delgated to ICASA as they are useless.
