This would have been an excellent test of how well Google Wave works with a collaborative effort. I have a few invites I would have doled out to people who were interested...

YO Gary, this is awesome, if you have some contact at Icasa we must definitely give this a shot, I'm interested. :)
 
I have cancelled my Neotel Account. If more people had gone the Group complaint to icasa route I would have helped with that. But it is not worth it for 2 people. Easier just to cut my losses with Neotel.
But basically the process for Icasa is :

Write them a long letter detailing all the problems and experiences you have had. Include any contacts names and ref numbers etc from Neotels side.

Fax this through to Icasa and then phone them.
They will then give Neotel 14 working days to answers.
After that they will give a ruling.

After having a long chat on the phone with one of teh comsumer guys at Icasa, I think you could get some very positive actions from them.

My biggest problem was total disconnections :/, not signal related , but crappy network design.
Going to check teh specs on it, may use it with another project of mine :D
