Thats correct, T20 career averaging 35 with a SR with 120.

Dom Gingo has a plan, unfortunately only he and Faf knows and understands it.


I'll even consider dropping Amla, looking at his T20 record, well he sucks.
My new team would look like this, not necessarily in this specific order.

2.Morne VWyk (c)
3.AB
4. Miller
5.JP
6. Kallis
7. Albie / Parnell
8. Philander
9. Abbot
10.Steyn

Amla is not that good at T20's hey, ODI's and Tests he is a king.
I know everyone has a cult following of Faf, but i don't rate him, i though he could make a decent captain which would justify his inclusion, wrong again, all honesty they must just drop him, leave him in the Test squad where he can block a old ball. M van Wyk is a much better batsman in T20 in my personal opinion.
Also never really been a Ablie fan, but he can hit a ball extremely far, but as soon as you put him against a decent bowler he looks completely out of his dept.
Miller had a fantastic pro20 domestic season, but as always failed to impress me in the international arena. But ill keep him for now.

You missed the lesson, come sit in the front of the class. The so called redundant question was to point out your racial and cultural insensitivity...either that or stupidity lets a person make fun of another country's anthem without knowing its meaning and history.

I do not believe anyone said that. But I must say that at least about 20% of it is in english thus it might contribute to not too many people mistaking it for the intro of a 1960s cartoon.

I wouldn't call Steyn a 'decent allrounder' of the same calibre as Philander...perhaps an 'ok' batsman.

However, what is Philander's bowling stats in T20 internationals? I would suspect he is the type that could go for plenty.

I wouldn't call Steyn an all rounder at all. He's a bowler who can hold a bat. Him coming in at 8 clearly shows a lack of batting depth.

As for Philander, he can do no worse than Morne. But he's not in the squad IIRC.

Who should win the next game, SL or England?

If we want to try and top the table then England should win...
 
I'm hoping SL wins so that we can at least try and be second, with NZ being third, otherwise it might just come down to the run rate

PS..... Kallis is still available for One Day and T20's , from what I've read he's busy perfecting his batting for these formats.

No. Sri Lanka must win, so that England can be bottom with Netherlands. We must win our games and can be second in the group.

I also prefer this. England and Netherlands at the bottom and our only lost must be the one against Sri Lanka...
