ICSA ADSL Presentations?

ICASA should have an electronic copy of it. But then again, ICASA also should protect consumers......
If this is really a matter of life or death (as often is the case with Telkom, at least in my little world), then contact Telkom. Go to ICASA's website or the mydrive.co.za website and find a copy of the transcripts of the ADSL hearings. Then look for the names of the people who attended the hearings on behalf of Telkom. Perhaps you will be able to find their contact details in related ADSL hearings documents or in the transcripts of the ADSL hearings (remember there were two sets of hearings, one in 2005 and one in 2006). Then contact any of the Telkom representatives who attended the hearings and ask them for a copy.
Alternatively, call ICASA and ask them for an electronic copy of Telkom's presentation. Best of luck with that route though....hope you got plenty of time and money to chase ICASA.....
And if this is really really a matter of life and death, then you could always submit a PAIA request to either Telkom or ICASA, requesting a copy of Telkom's presentation!
Voila! hope you don't become another ICASA/Telkom casualty who gives up fighting for your rights because Telkom and ICASA simply don't respond or they make it too hard to get anything done.....
