ICT sector ready to strike

So looking at the "who will actually strike"-list, i assume it will be "business as usual" when it comes to government ICT efficiency? Will we even notice the "lack of action" ?

Good question! I doubt it.

Racist news. So why are whites being payed more please do tell us, if it is not their colour I wonder what it could be hmmm, skills?
so if a white has skills and works hard so a bee will not take his job then he is a racist?

Lol ICASA staff are also unhappy, don't they even realise what they are doing to Telecoms with their pracices and now they wan't to strike. They must STFU and look at the way the rest of the world is doing business in Telecoms, every foreigner I have spoken about Internet and Telecoms tells me what a joke we are the backward models we are using here.

No People!!! Wait till after the soccer!!! You still have work to do!!!!

The closer we get to the world cup, the bigger the muscles of the strikers are going to get.
And, by strikers, I don't mean the soccer players.

I have 25 years IT experince and up till this day, IT is one of the most neglected departments in a company. If a company starts cutting costs, IT is the first.

Who does the most work outside the boundaries of IT? IT staff!. Why, because if it has a blooody on/off switch, be it a kettle or a stove, the bosses think that IT should fix it and do you ever get any credit for your skills that you keep having to advance as MS releases new software? Noooo. All we ever say is that we are thankful that we have a job! What a stupid comment.

I see HR and marketing going to conference after conference but if IT want to have conference, it is a no go.

So, concerning this strike that might be comming - to the lazy bums, you do not deserve any increase and to the neglected IT guys that give their best day after day at minimum wage, you definately deserve to strike!

That's my 2 cents.
