Ideal height for 3D plasma

Hi guys.

I want to mount my 3D plasma on the wall.
Is there any recommended guidelines on height?
I remember when viewing some 3D tv's in the shops they were too low or too high to appreciate the 3D effect totally.

Best height would be eye level or slightly above if you can tilt but then you also need to "tilt" your neck to compensate for max effect.
