Idiots using rear fog lights

Also, you CANNOT switch them on without having the headlights on and you get a very nice big green icon showing the fogs are on.

I was in a road block last year and was giving the traffic cops hell about all the people with their fog lights on. Some dicknut tried to start arguing with me that his fog lights on his merc came on automatically and he couldn't turn them off.
