I'm COPE-ing this Year!

Yup air correct so while voting for DA provincial if your in the cape is an obvious thing to do i am not convinced that it is the obvious thing to do in the general election.

The DA for me have failed to bring a black element into their party, they need to go black to have any chance of doing anything and by going black i do not mean get rid of everyone but blacks, i just mean change the perception of black people, the DA are viewed as a white party that whites vote for. If the DA had any brains they would try and find black people who are not related to the anc and try pump up their black votes. This should have been done long ago and now as usual they will fail badly due to a very small proportion of black people voting for them.

I dunno the DA keep calling for change but fail to see the most obvious change they need to make and that is another reason i cannot vote for them, they have had enough to time to notice the black population controls this country and whoever they vote for will win. They need someone with a half brain to make the correct decisions and get black votes, again they have failed.

Did you watch the election debates on SABC2? black people are in the DA respectively.

Trying telling it to Botox since she kept saying it yesterday.

The DA reached its peak and its sell by date,COPE on the other hand have potentional.I don't care if its ID,COPE or even ACDP as the next official opposition,as long as its not the DA.I want my opposition party to be a little more than just moan all the time.I even have more respect for the FF+.

The da fckers even try to take credit for the expat voting case.The next thing the DA needs to worry about is their relations with other opposition parties.I guarantee you,if there is a chance the other parties can form a coalition without the DA,they'll do it in a snap.

Botox claim she only employ competent people,yet she doesn't really have any faith in Seremane.Where was he during the campaign,it seems he's really the garden boy.

Not at all..but you don't oppose just for the sake of it.

Look at FF+,they oppose where they see fit while doing some constructive things and actually get something done.Why do you think the Anc actually have a decent relationship with them.

You know...if you making noise all the time,one get used to it and later don't hear it anymore.

Just like rugby & cricket... if you try hard... you can achieve anything... and the bublic will love you for your ability... :)
Being black does not automatically make you 1st choice... :eek:
I don't know why he is on the outside... but I'm sure there are others to take his place... and I hope we can see some qualified black person amongst the top notches

Well, maybe I'm just misunderstanding you, but you seem to be implying that Afrikaners are easily bribed by anyone that tells them what they want to hear. A kind of sheep mentality. Being Afrikaans I find that offensive. But perhaps I don't get your meaning...

Yup he is basically saying, telling people what they want to hear and you have votes. Nothing to get upset about as far as i can tell.

I got SMS spam from someone punting COPE, it even had my name. How do I find out where it came from and who the hell signed me up?
