Don't be too sure on SNOt...
Tata sells unlimited ADSL @ 128 kb/s for eqiuvalent of R800pm in India + R330 to install modem + R1066 to install router. If they dare come here with those kind of prices, better the devil you know than.......

Unfortunately I can not afford to buy additional bandwidth every month as I go over my 3 gb account with Web Africa regularly, and means I will have to move to TelkomISP.
Last month it cost me an additional R225 for 3gb that I went over on my WebAfrica account. Doesnt seem I will have that problem with TelkomISP, sorry Web Africa.

i do not in any way represent Web Africa, I just agree with antowan that ISP's should recive this information from clients which are moving, as it may become prevelant when fighting to level the playing field... i.e. all ISP's should be allowed to purchase bandwidth in speed rather than GB's and then publish thier contention ratios.
