Im starting to hate Web Africa.....

I ordered adsl complete from WF and when i called the guys there they had such good service untill i faxed the form that had to e signed:sick:
Iv been waiting for 6 weeks now and every time i call them they promose to call back but not one off them ever did:mad:
If they giving me false promises and bad service now who knows whats going to happen once (If ever) my account is active?:eek:

Our most sincere apologies for the lack of response from our side. I'll have this passed along to our ADSL divisional manager to investigate immediately to see where things have gone awry.

My telkominternet and IS accounts all connect. Its just webafrica that doesnt and thats where I've been saving up my int :mad:

I can't understand why anyone can hate WA... it's not possible!

people will find a reason to hate everything.
This country especially when it comes to telecoms, because of Telkom, have the notion that when something doesnt work, they need to flame the company. yes if it happens repeatadly and your service is shocking then flame away, but if ur connection goes one day, dont say you hate em, cause if thats the case, your going to hate every company you deal with. Not hating reduces stress levels a million fold and will prob save your life one day ;)

I've only had excellent service from WA.

And I've not had a single complaint from people I referred

Guess yours must be an oddity in the system. Oddities do unfortunately happen.

Mine doesn't authenticate either. I sent in a support ticket and they told me to reboot my router and that the problem was probably with my line. I also have axxess, IS, and TelkomInternet accounts and they all work. So, meh. Hopefully they'll sort it out today sometime.

Webafrica does host an authorisation server if im correct? If other accounts work fine, then it must be with that box.. Any of the WA members above care to comment?

Ok they finally called and explained that its telkoms fault i must say Webafrica is not that bad they at least called back....

Lol Wow I just received another call from another webafrica agent and they both so helpful thanks guys... Im still glad i chose webafrica...:D:D;):p
