Nope. I have a IS uncapped account too. I bough a Mweb and Is account to compare the 2 in April. So the IS one sucks!!!!!!!!!

No no... the weekends are fine.... it's during the day that I get 20Kbps.

I'm on the 4mbps account and during the day it definitely seems to be shaped more than one would think is necessary and the night seems to start quite late too

IS says there is none, but the last two weeks has proved otherwise.

My guess is no -- I think a more likely scenario is that all the IS basic uncapped accounts have been allocated a single pool of bandwidth which we all have to share. So if everyone is logged on and busy downloading you just get your share of that pool.

Any comments from IS or Imagine on this?

Time to create a pool for payment and you pay pro rata of your allocated share. Uncapped Sucks.

that is correct that's why i pay R2700 for my uncapped account and skip that issues...
