That inspires tons of hope ; However, I really want to know what they deem "abusive" or "excessive" . Just checking, is this the imagine service? The nexus support seems to be better as my ticket was responded to very quickly but can't say the same for imagine support as I have filled out the form and still have not been responded to.
My experience with Imagine support is BRILLIANT. I got my account activated by live support at 9 o'clock tonight. they have 24/7 weekday support.
