Thanks. All passengers are under 6”. I’ll give Virgin a try. Flown BA a few times haven’t been amazed by them.
Only issue is Virgin plane is 3 seats across in the middle aisle. Was hoping for 4 across as it’s 4 of us on the flight. But can work around that.
Thanks
I think it's 5 days for UK but doesn't have to be the pets owner necessarily. For the UK do you also have to "link" the pets to your flight and travel within seven days of each other?

Go virgin, all day first choice. It's miles ahead in better service, food and comfort![]()
Once you get ILR then it's worth going for citizenship. If you only have ILR and you leave the country for more than 180 days then you have to start from scratch again with all the visas.

No, two years.
If you stay outside the UK, Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey), for 2 or more years at a time your ILE or ILR will automatically end.
Good to know. Must to be another visa then. I always thought it was 180 for the ILRNot true. You can be away from the UK for up to two years. After that you’d apply for a returning resident visa to get ILR back.

I think to get ILR you cannot have been outside the UK for 180 days in any year, or somethingGood to know. Must to be another visa then. I always thought it was 180 for the ILR

That was the biggest pisstake. Adding 9 more official languages didn’t mean that South Africans suddenly couldn’t speak English.
There are a lot of South Africans that struggle to speak even basic English…
