no tax, no shipping and definitely not planning on declaring it for import duty and VAT.
In general, the US state tax thing is avoidable if you purchase your item from a business based in one state and ship it to another. This doesn't always work though, as some states (NY for instance) have started to levy state tax on internet purchases where the business has a presence in the state (such as a warehouse in the case of Amazon, or the Apple Stores for Apple).
