Importing / Transfering Incredimail data to Thunderbird

I need to move over to Thunderbird from Incredimail
IncrediConvert only prior to 5.50
also apears to be only for ms

Your advise will be most appreciated

using latest versions of both

Use something like http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/E-mail/Mail-Utilities/IncrediMail-to-EML-Converter.shtml to export to MSG files,then import them into Thunderbird
