Impossible to cancel Telkom LTE contract

Hi all. Any suggestions on how to cancel a Telkom mobile LTE contract. I was instructed by Telkom to fill in a cancellation form and submit to them and someone would be in contact with me within 4 weeks. It's been close to 8 weeks now and no contact. Meanwhile the wasted subscription keeps hitting my account...:
 
Had a similar issue, took almost three months of chasing them. The second time I phoned them I told them I want a refund and they've been crediting my account.

Not sure if you should but you can always go to the bank and stop the debit order.

If you have evidence that you submitted the cancellation and have proof that you submittedthe document they can't "blacklist" you...

I had similar experience. Took out the contract. Tested that night. Was worse then my ADLS speed.
Took the unit back the following day to get cancelled. Telkom store did the cancelation. I then received a bill for the account.
I queried the account by dialling the 081 ... number.

Cutting the story short. I was told that I'm on cool down period.
In the mean time I saw on the Telkom map some adjustments were made.
I went back to the store requested my modem back and sim-card. I did test that night and real good results from this.

So ever since I'm with Telkom mobile.

Did you ever come right with this? I need to cancel my LTE contract with them but I’m not sure what the costs involved will be. What did they charge you to cancel the contract?

It is not only the LTE contracts that are difficult to Cancel. It is now Early March 2017. I have been trying to cancel a landline contract since 1 September 2016. So far to no avail. While the invoices are piling up. We needed it for our ADSL. 1 September 2016 we moved to optic fibre from vodacom, so we did not need the landline anymore.
