Inaccurate Afrihost RAIN data

Anyone else here having problems with RAIN data usage on Afrihost. In the last few days I have been told twice that my data is up while the clientzone shows I have 3GB over. According to Afrihost they have a problem but no indication of when this will be fixed. I ended up having to top up with 4gb to continue using the service. Now that month end roll over has taken place I supposedly have no roll over of any of the 4gb which I know is incorrect as there should be 1-2GB over for use this month. I am starting to feel like this is a nice elaborate hoax to steal money from clients. This morning it's impossible to get hold of Afrihosts support to discuss this issue.
 
Yeah, same old problems. This will never get fixed waiting for November when the double data expires so that I can cancell.
