Inaccurate data capping

Has anyone else experienced being capped when the clientzone says that you still have plenty of data left? I've got a 1GB Afrihost mobile data bundle with 628MB still available and yet I am constantly being redirected to a page saying that I have reached my cap when I try to browse to any website in my browser. Either I really have reached my cap and the clientzone is inaccurate, or the clientzone is accurate and I am being wrongly capped.
 
happened to me a couple of months ago, I got locked out of my account a couple of days before month end with plenty of data left, and then AH didn't handle the matter until an entire weekend had passed and the month had rolled over
 
Have you closed your session and logged in again? I suspect it needs the current session closed to reflect the data for that session in the clientzone...

Yip, several times. I've got the sim card in an Android tablet and I've restarted the tablet over and over again. I've also taken the sim card out and put it in my 3G router and connected my tablet and laptop to it via WIFI, still get the same capped redirect.

you can jump through as many hoops as you want, nothing will work, AH eventually credited me the data I was locked out of
 
I've noticed this as well, sometimes 1G missing, sometimes a few megs as well according to my syslog and accounting servers. I will ask Afriman - might be a glitch on their side. Who knows..

I've had the same problem today, sent in a ticket, and had communication with them, but so far no joy. Still got 5.88 gigs of data left, really irritating.
 
I'm having the problem at the moment. Tried disconnecting and trying again but no luck. Will try again tomorrow.
 
I'm very reluctant to try out their new out-of-bundle functionality if they can't even get this right.
 
I'm having the same issues. I have 4gb available but keep getting intermittent afrihost capped page. I'm sure it's got to do with their out of bundle testing. Mine started at about 3pm. Eventually at 4 it started working just as I called afrihost support on the phone. 3 hours later I'm getting capped screen again.
 
Have 1.5GB odd. I'm getting used up all data.

Torrents and other apps work. So does everything on my Android phone.

Odd.
