Since 2005 I was using MTN but due to better benefits at Telkom I ported to Telkom. I have been using telkom for almost 3 years until last week Tuesday when my sim card went off. At first I thought its just a normal network problems but it was not. I changed phones putting my sim card to different phones but still it didnt work. When i try to make phone call, other phones say ''emergency calls only" while others say " Unable to make calls". I went to a telkom store in Cape Town, Adderley Street and they told me to do a sim swap which I did but still the sim card was not active even the new sim didn't work. If you know any number where I can get hold of telkom please let me know.
