Incorrect billing

My payment date is on the 25th of every month. Last month(January) I didn’t make a payment on the 25th of January, I only made a payment later on on the 11th of February and during that period my SIM card was not active but my bill this month(on the 25th) is R479 which is the full amount, the amount is supposed to be apportioned cause my SIM card was not active.

You use the SIM card then pay. So on the 25th of January I was supposed to pay for December 25 till January 25. Right now I was supposed to pay for January 25 till February 25, but that will not be the case cause my SIM card was only active from 11 February to 25 February so I should only pay for 11 February-25 February

Please fix it.
