Increased billing, no notice.

So...just so we're 100% clear, only 20GB and up, no more 10GB?

*cough*

Oh and I was told by support that I had until September to change my package. When I go to the change option, I still see the 10GB account.

So what am I supposed to do?
I want 10GB.
If I can't get 10GB, I have to cancel.

Ah ok, so basically our old bundles pre June will remain at their bandwidth and pricing going forward? Happy with that thankyou. I have popped a mail to support to reverse the downgrade to 1Gb.

Well done on resolving a contentious issue.

If you make a package change, we won't make further changes though. Best to leave the package as is if you want what you had before.

So if you have (for example) 10Mbps + 40GB, you'll now be on 10Mbps + 100GB. We'll credit you the difference between the 40GB and 100GB bundle, and the revert your package back to 40GB during the next few days. But I would recommend not making any changes on your side, otherwise you might not be accurately picked up by the script that identifies affected accounts.

If it's a bundle, I think it will remain for a while. We only changed stand-alone data accounts, which is why bundles regraded in error will be reverted.

I didn't make any changes but support did alter the bundle so as not to double bill. Can you reverse the changes? Support ref: [#NDY-558-36073]

Let's give our Dev team a chance to do their thing, don't want to over-complicate their work. If the changes aren't reverted, then I can do it manually without interfering with their process.

Is it available now? When I tried yesterday, could only select 100Gb as lowest?

I did it on the 30th. When I go check now -under "Edit Package" - the lowest I see is 50GB.
Honestly though, I wasn't really paying attention to anything else when I did it. I saw the 10GB option and changed.
(I didn't wait for anyone to change anything -as AfriPerson suggested. In all fairness, I changed it before he advised you not to, so I'll just leave it as is.)

How did your billing go?

Thing is I was happy to leave it but the package has now eaten all my rollover from last month and is capped, so no internet a home for wife+kids which is a problem.

Still working on figuring that one out. :-|

So midmonth, I see the bundle is still set to 100Gb, when will the change happen to 20Gb? Billing cycle coming up.
