Increasing Internet speed 1000 times

This is a typical new-tech conundrum.
I need to be able to play WoW on European servers with sub 150ms latency.

With this flow-switching methodology, the artificial latency introduced by the fibre-routers would be removed, thereby making it more than possible that I could play at even 50ms latency on overseas servers.

BUT ... because there is NO apparent immediate market for massive amounts of low-latency bandwidth, this new technology cannot be implemented because the costs of replacing the existing routers simply makes the "upgrade" too expensive.

HOWEVER, the reason that a massive low-latency market does not exist is because the products that require low-latency data have been forced to relocate closer to their target audience, or have died.

Oh, that's brilliant, but it's also pathetic. Gimme the 12GBps wireless that they play with at the Large Hadron Collider, and I'll be happy (... until they build a bigger faster network that is.)
