Once again, another company that thinks an apology will resolve all the issues the leaked data can cause!

Wait, so you fixed it so quickly that you don't know who the customer is? o_O What happened to the original tipoff email received with the customer's details? :unsure: So, how's it that MyBB was able to post screenshots with permission from the affected customer but IC's not able to contact this person?

Sounds very much like IC doesn't care about their relationship with their customers.
