But it does look good.
This thermometer is utter junk. The probe is a long piece of cable - it looks so hideous.I bought 4 of them. The instruction manual is the worst I've ever seen. Setting them will be trial-and-error guesswork. As I had 4, I had the opportunity to compare readings. There was never more than a 2 degree or 2% discrepancy between the best and the worst. Conclusion = They're OK but definitely not precision instruments. Stick it on the veranda for casual perusal.
