What's the service like? Surely this can't be uncapped and unshaped?

It says Faerie Glen and that's Telkom/Openserve
If it is then this is something to investigate.
That green is an eyesaw to say the least.

Openserv/Telkom dont do synchronous FTTH, so dunno how this can be openserv

The info on their website is quite hopeless.

How long till a Telkom order number is given from date of application? – You will receive your order number on request after three days of submitting all your paperwork including the signed quote

Also what is the difference between the 20Mbps Basic and the View+? – Basic package includes Free VoIP phone and Free R100 minutes while with the View + you receive Free Showmax
What is the FUP on these accounts?- we do not have a Fair Usage Policy
Is this a month to month contract? – Yes it is a month to month contract
What happens in terms of cancellation(can the free router be sent back to you)? – if you wish to cancel your service with us, you will be liable to pay the full price of the router (R399).

Do you still require proof of banking details if the payment method is a credit card. – Accounts still needs Proof of Banking even if it’s a credit card account

The email I sent I did go through although the postmaster said no.
Some questions and answers I received
1) Can I switch my current Telkom number? – You can port your Landline number to us at no cost
2) I currently have Telkom fibre and no contract- As per discussed on the phone, we will need to treat this application as a new since we can’t migrate your existing Circuit number to us
3) Is this a month – month or otherwise?- It is a month to month with cancellation terms.
4) What router is supplied as I had hassles with the Netgear and Steam? – We use a Mikrotik Haplite
5) What is the FUP and would one pick up hassles if I used 300gig a month? – If you use above 300gig, we will call and advise you otherwise before doing anything to your line
6) What is the time frame seeing as I already have Telkom fibre installed and running but on a 10Mbps and not the 20Mbps below?- Normally with a new installation the lead time is +- 21 working days but seeing the you already have fibre in the house it won’t take 21 working days

I use 300gig on my 4mbs line so this is definitely a no from me

Does anyone have a special someone I can contact at Telkom? They installed the Fiber Infrastructure at our complex, everything is done. I just want to find out from someone when it will go live. 10213 is a dead end there.
