Insecure Proxy Settings?

When trying to access the website below on Vodacom, I get the following error:

Insecure proxy settings​

• The proxy server you are using is altering important parts of your data. Your access using this proxy has been disallowed.

When using another ISP, in my case Neotel, I see the correct page, which is a description of a cross-site scripting vulnerability on Symntec's website.

Getting the same message on my Vodacom SIM.

As said, another ISP is fine. I'm on ADSL with Axxess and can access page no problem.

We bypassed their IP and made contact with their sysadmin to check what the problem is.

Won't be surprised if it's a W3 issue.
